3.I can explain how we obtained the Mexican Cession and what states it now includes.

Agenda: 
1. Finish notes in green packet on Expanding West.
2. Begin working on Westward Expansion Map.

Starter: 
Write in detail how Texas became an Independent nation.

If you were absent: 
1. We did NOT get a new Starter Packet.  Instead, this term you will use your own paper. Title it "Starters 4th Term" with your name, period and date.  Set it up just like the Starter Packets.
