Learning Objective:
Students will discover the events that led to our Independence.

What we did:
1. No Starter
2. Watched and finished The Crossing
3. Assigned to complete the "Argumentative Writing Map" organizer on Utah Compose.

If you were absent:
1. Watch the rest of the Crossing on YouTube.
2. Login to write.utahcompose.com and:
   -Click on Practice
   -Click on The Crossing prompt
   -Click on prewrite and the graphic organizer         called "Argumentative Writing Map"
   -Fill that out for your assignment
